Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Navivitality Co. We create handcrafted, natural products and offer personalized wellness services. Due to the nature of our work, please review our return and refund policies below.
PRODUCTS (Skincare, Haircare, Fragrance, Wellness Items)
Returns
To protect product integrity and hygiene, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product + packaging
We will replace or refund the item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
COACHING & WELLNESS SERVICES
Coaching Packages
- Because coaching is a time- and energy-based service, all coaching packages are final sale once sessions begin.
- You may reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Epigenetics Services
Due to the personalized nature of DNA-based programs:
- No refunds are offered once testing or consulting begins.
PANTRY MAKEOVERS & IN-HOME SERVICES
Payments for pantry or lifestyle services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Reschedule requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
