 My journey to Navivitality began in the most unexpected and humbling way — with a tragic accident that left me in the ICU for two weeks and on a year-long path to recovery. I was unable to walk, my body and mind felt broken, and the vibrant life I once dreamed of suddenly felt far away.

That season of my life tested me in every possible way — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But it also became the most transformative chapter of my story. During recovery, I realized that true healing goes far beyond medicine. It’s about what we feed our bodies, what we absorb through our skin, and how we nurture our minds.

As my life slowed down, I began to research everything — from the toxins hidden in our food and skincare products to the power of nutrient-dense foods and holistic self-care. Out of curiosity and survival, I started creating my own simple, natural skincare formulas — clean, chemical-free, and crafted with intention. Slowly, I began to feel my vitality return. My energy lifted, my skin glowed, and one day, I walked again.

That moment changed everything. I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others reconnect with their vitality — body, mind, and soul.  I pursued studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City, where I became a certified Health and Life Coach. There, I learned about the deep connection between individuality, mental wellness, and sustainable health. Later, I expanded my education as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician — uncovering the hidden truths of the beauty industry and learning how to create clean, effective products that truly transform.

Today, I live a fulfilling life with my beautiful daughter, Lily — my greatest miracle. Doctors once told me I might never walk again or be able to have children. But I did both. I am living proof that the human body and spirit are capable of incredible healing when nourished with care, purpose, and love.
